We're an architecture studio. We build houses to be lived in — and developments for people with land or capital.

My name is Juan Amores.
I'm an architect. Second generation, my father started the studio in Guardamar in 1980.
I design houses you'll live in for twenty years, not sell in five.
I sign the budget before we start, and I watch it every week, so it doesn't move.

If you don't have a plot, I find it.
If you have a plot you're not using, I develop it with you — and you get paid before I do.
If you have capital, I put mine in next to yours.
What I'm not

The studio
AMORES Architects & Developers is a Costa Blanca architecture studio in its second generation. Since 1980 we have drawn, permitted and built residential work up and down this coast, from Denia to Pulpí (Almería).
I trained specifically in real estate development and finance, because an architect who cannot read a waterfall is only doing half the work. Today the studio does both: we build the houses families will inherit, and we develop the operations investors will underwrite.
The craft is the same. The alignment is the same. My promote sits last, either way.
